Ready to drink immediately, this unoaked Chardonnay is a great partner to light foods such as fish dishes or salads, or on its own as an aperitif. Sourced from vineyards in the sunny south east of Australia, which consistently produce a fruit absolutely bursting with flavour, it begins with aromas of lime, melon and green apple, before giving way to a clean, crisp palate, softened by honeydew melon and continuing into a long and zesty finish. A refreshingly fruity tipple, and if you don’t give in and drink it straightaway, it can be cellared for up to 3 years.This is a medium dry white wine. |
